Center
Before we begin, we need to bring our awareness to our physical and emotional sensations. when we are not in alignment with our bodies, the mind takes over. By cultivating a centering practice, we find presence and balance. Together, we will breathe and scan our bodies, noticing with curiosity what sensations arise and ground us.
Explore
Often, our words say one thing but our body language sends a different message. With new awareness, we align three crucial elements of the Body/Mind/Emotional connection to unlock new possibilities. We will delve into the intricate interplay between these elements and explore how to harness their power for more effective communication and connection.
Design
When we look at situations with a new lens and apply our new tools, we can manage obstacles more effectively. As we embark on this journey, I support you in designing an accountability practice to embody this new awareness and alignment. Together, we’ll navigate the path towards shifting into the flourishing life you envision.
